I think Luka wants to play. If only to get his averages up and stay in the competition for personal accolades (scoring title, MVP). Would take a Pop like coach to tell him no and Kidd isn´t that kind of guy.

They're trying to preserve Green's trade value after a good start to the season. If Bullock had the same injury, Kidd probably wouldn't even let him miss a few days
