Official Mavs GM is Nico. Period. It doesn't absolve him from the blame, if he is choosing wrong advisors. If official GM is just a marionette, it also doesn't absolve him from the blame.

My favorite was the McGee “heat check” I think it was after he’d just gotten a put back layup, he drove from the 3 point line and tossed up a layup brick off the backboard that never touched rim. But hey, have we mentioned he’s a THREE TIME CHAMPION!!!
