I think the body is willing, but his mind can't keep up. he is prone to bouts of losing focus.
DP defends like a forward.
Can move his feet, just wish he rebounds better and can alter shots like a true C.
Maxi pulling a DP and not looking at the basket.  You are wide open at the top the key, dude.
Gordon just punked Wood.

Luka is king of the contested 3. Never seen anything like it other than Curry.
That's got to be one of Gordon's better halves as a Nugget.
Great halves from Luka, THJ, DFS, Dinwiddie and Powell.

If Green picks it up 2nd half I think they have a good shot.
haha you can see Jokic is irritated by Powell, love it!

probably for his career

Doubled him a bunch, but there were at 3-4 possessions where Powell handled him impressively.

THJ was really good on BOTH ends!

Only if he doesn't let those fouls affect him.

Terrible shot selection in the 2nd quarter and a horrendous turnover.
Wood is a good enough 3 pt shooter to not hesitate on those open 3s. just shoot the ball dude

Nah, if anything, I think he passed up 1-2 he should’ve taken.

12 points, 2-3 from 3, generated 7 (!) FT’s, pushed the ball, 3 steals!

I love this version of THJ.

Maxi is the biggest culprit here.   It's driving me insane.

It’s frustrating me, too, especially since there are some random nights when he just lets them rip. Not only does that help, but he seems to shoot BETTER with that mindset.

More often than not he seems scared out there lately though, I agree.

That missed three was damned near from the logo.  He then passed up a wide open three for a bricked floater.  Missed the 3rd free throw.  Threw an intercepted pass to the top of the key instead of the easy pass to the wing.

I'm curious if he's changed his mechanics.  Maybe I'm imaging it, but he seems a lot more flat footed.

Now ask me about Josh "already better than DFS" Green and his god awful first half.
