@"mvossman" it’s the first game, so no rush to judgement, but there doesn’t seem to be an ounce of chemistry between Kleber and Wood, so far. I have much preferred Wood on the floor without Kleber tonight.
All it takes is the second ball-handler in the rotation to get into foul trouble and the offense turns into garbage. We all knew this was going to be a problem when they lost Brunson and missed out on Dragic but they decided to not do anything else.
Not really happy with Kidd either. You need to settle the troops down.

The Mavs are an NBA team with two guys on the entire roster that can dribble a basketball. That’s impressive.

Wood makes things happen. Luka should involve him more and not play hero ball so much when his shot isnt falling.

Absolutely had to call a timeout earlier and get Wood in there quicker

Could be the story of the season. If one of them misses more than a couple of games the Mavs are in trouble.
Wood is a much more physical presence than KP, its like night and day.
Same as their free throw shooting, its seems like
Watching Powell shoot FTs was hard enough. I am not ready for a season with Wood and McGee.
