Other than drawing fouls he has not been good in this game. The team has played much better on both ends without him.
Still obvious we need more offense but if he wanted to win this game Kidd probably should have said something about Wiggins along the lines of: He´s old school, since he´s the only player in the league allowed to handcheck like we are in the 90s.
The Mavs offense is just too limited and the Warriors know it after having two series of film to focus on.
Wiggins is having a good series. Dallas probably didn't count on him being aggressive and crashing the offensive boards.
Mavs shoot 24% from 3. 34% overall. Make or miss league. Hope it’s more make in the second half.
Agree with Chuck, Mavs need to go into their sets quicker, Luka is taking too much time resulting to a lot of hail marys

Love Dinwiddie's aggressiveness, he seems to be more aggressive when he is not playing with Luka.

It´s true, but there is also something like a shot refusal going on again. During the possession, where Luka had the bad end of shotclock airball, Kleber refused a wide open three 4-5 seconds into the possession. We lack an interior scoring presence/threat, and some dribble penetration. If you add players scared to shoot threes you are not left with much.

100%.  Same issue reared it’s head in the Suns series.

I genuinely hated watching Luka that half.  He completely took the air out of the ball and his teammates out of the game.

I understand guys missed shots but 77 just played 18 minutes of losing basketball in that 1st half.

Here’s hoping they correct things at half, shots start falling and they can make this series interesting.

Luka is playing right into the hands of the GSW defense. Giving them exactly what they want.
That's the Mavs style...they don't run many offensive sets so a lot of it is just playing 5 out and having Luka surveying the court for 10-12 seconds to see what is available. That's why they play the slowest pace in the league. In the playoffs, the game slows down anyway and it's more half court basketball so it helps them against most teams but vs. the Warriors, they know how to expose it
Luka talking to the refs cannot die fast enough. I long for the day when he is not distracted by the refs during LIVE PLAY. Ugh.
Curry getting loose.

Yeah. He needs to stop. He's hurting his cause complaining all the time. He gets fouled, but so does everyone else.
Curry really is a different animal than the likes of the Pauls and Bookers...
If the series plays out like it’s appearing it might, this is hopefully one of those watershed learning moments for the Mavs and probably more specifically for Luka.

They learned from those Clips series.  They learned a lot in those first three games against Utah.  They learned how to close out in that series.  They learned plenty against the Suns.

Right now they’re getting a whole new education from guys with PhD’s in championship basketball.  Just don’t know if they can learn enough on the fly against these guys.
This just feels like a 1st round #1 vs. #8 seed series. You can tell GSW is not even emotionally invested in it, they know they're the better team and are just trying to take care of business.
Kidd needs to bench Luka and let him regain his cool and his head.
Everyone who isn't Luka, Brunson, or Dinwiddie is shooting 3-19. You can say what you want about Luka, maybe it's right, but no team in the league is going to win with your team shooting like that.
Mavs are discombobulated. Dubs killing them on the boards, defensive and offensive.
When Kidd has said MULTIPLE times this year that when shots aren't falling then the D gets lazy, I am convined he is 100% pinpointing Luka with those comments. Luka pouts when his teammates are not making shots and his D becomes an incredible liability.
