Game 1 after his first 10 games here was AMAZING! Keep it up SD!
One really impressive thing I just saw is his usage hasn't changed much from his Was time. He was at 21% in Was and 22.3% here. It's all about his efficiency, that's the difference. Hopefully this is also the new norm for him!
Random Observation:
SD is much better defensively than advertised. I have been very pleased with him on that end. He does enough and is smart enough that I think he shouldn't be a liability in the playoffs.

Agreed. He does not feel like somebody that will get hunted. Right now Brunson feels like the potential target in our likely finishing lineup.

He isn´t super switchable. Cannot really defend quicker guards or bigger wings but is doing a solid job against players of similar size. Also looks like a solid team defender. Was suprised that both SD and Bertans immediately fit into the system. Needed no time to learn concepts or rotations.

Sure, agreed in a general sense that he isn't the most switchable guy (but way moreso than JB IMO), but last night he got switched onto KAT in the closing minutes and got a huge deflection due to great effort and his solid length.
