Yep.......................ugh, no.
Brunson making passes out of the pick and roll. He is never going to have Doncic level court vision but him finding the roll man or cutter on a more consistent base would really help the Mavs.
Another re-brand Dallas Maveriks. No Cs. Tongue

Yeah, I am really enjoying the chemistry between he and Powell.
Out of all the tanking teams the Mavs played the Rockets are by far the worst. They aren´t messing around.
@"Kammrath" Green made a dunk!!!!
Green with a career high in less than 10 minutes.
AND A CORNER THREE!!!!

That guy is just instant offense. Smile
Defensive effort and focus aren´t the best right now. Not a suprise. Feels like an exhibition game.
Hard not to root for JG. Not surprising his teammates love him too.
Yet another game where Brunson is our best player
Becoming a theme
I knew having Houston as our opponent would be a tonic for our offense but 80 at the half?

No wonder John Lucas was calling players out for lack of effort.
I will say this...I think it's time to start a Josh Green apology thread and to acknowledge that DFS has added some playmaking ability and a little floater every now and again.

There was a stretch in the 2nd quarter where we fouled or missed shots for about 4-5 trips down the floor, and they actually made a couple of shots and DFS got the rebound and brought the ball up the courrt.  He just made a move and went straight to the cup and sored a layup to stop the "run".

...I never thought I'd ever say this...but I actually sighed of relief when I realized that he was looking to go to the goal and end the run...never EVER thought I'd say I was comforted for DFS to bring the ball up to "take over and steady the ship" on offense.
RB is 17-30 on threes as of late.

So, basically, he and Sterling started hittting their threes and it seems to correspond with an uptick of better play as a team. (**not saying the Mavs rise and fall on them or like they are superstars or anything...)

They are more confident, they are able to stay on the floor more and they are being productive offensively.

So basically, can we say that some of our best 3 point guys started making their shots and things look way better...it effects offensive confidence/production and defensive effort.

I've heard a lot of Mavs podcast/blog guys rip the whole "when they start hitting their shots" talk, but looks like that's partially true.
Should we include an "I'm sorry Haralabos" for the Josh Green stuff?
LIST OF THINGS i THOUGHT I'D NEVER SAY:
"I love to see Marquese Chriss PUNISH that rim with flair"
"Good drive and dish, Josh Green!"
"I'm so comforted that DFS is taking charge."
"The Mavs are playing tough defense."
"Jalen Brunson can pass the ball."
"Frank Ntilikina is WHEELING AND DEALING."

What universe in the multiverse are we in right now?
Need to get Moses and Pinson in so that all of our active guys will have scored in this one
Timmy....we're up by 31, please stop trying to kill yourself on those drives.
