Who was the player of the game who elevated his game to help the team win?
Moses, in before the poll
Reggie. This team would be in better shape right now if he had been having more performances like this one.

That’s facts.
Reggie got the start, finish, and total minutes over THJ, and tonight it finally clicked. If he can play like that every night, he's a terrific 2-way player that can contribute to a lot of wins. He earned the Dirkie for me.

Moses is a close second, though. I loved his energy out there, and 9 points, 7 rebounds, and 2 blocks in just 12 minutes is more than solid. He looked like a legit rotation guy tonight.
Not only will I not vote for Moses Brown for the Dirkie, I’ll say that I don’t think he played all that well.

But he damn sure did play hard. If WCS played that hard he would be a defensive player of the year candidate.

Reggie barely beat out Moses for me...
Refs is the real answer.  It took us two tries but we beat finally beat Memphis without Morant.
Moses Brown for being our only center today that told Memphis to suck a fat one.

The difference between him and Powell on the court was massive.

I mean, he didn’t really box out well, he missed like 3 point blank layups, and he was out of position on defense several times. I’m not hating on him, he’s just young and inexperienced, and that’s what dudes like that do.

But, he played with so much energy that it FELT like he was making a positive impact on the game, and honestly, he probably was. That kind of energy is probably really, really helpful on the second night of a back to back during a stretch of games that aren’t going so well for the team.

He did do that!

And we got and maintained leads when he was playing...
Shout out to Green for being ready and hustling also...

I was seriously considering asking the board if we could do a "Dirkie" thread for loses and call the award the "Fat Luka".

Free Moses? No, I think its the other way around. Moses will be the one to free us soon from the agony of watching Powell and WCS
I’m going with Moses simply because he gave us desperately needed energy. Hopefully we can build off this win.

I was very happy about Bullocks performance, but it’s gonna take a few more of those for me to get over how terrible he’s been.
