Damn that is a worrying line. Toronto is a bottom six team imho, that got blown out at home by the Wizards and will be on an Away/Home B2B against us. That we are barely favoured after being barely underdogs against the Hawks, suggests that Vegas absolutely hated everything about the Mavs opening game. Undecided
Okay, THIS is the season opener!  Lets Go Mavs!
Toronto plays tonight in Boston.   Toronto looked surprisingly lifeless in their game 1 loss to the Wizards.  Siakem will be out for a while and they have a lot of younger players.
Mavs better bring a different energy on the boards. Raptors don´t have a traditional big but Achiuwa, Barnes and Anunoby are super athletic. Raptors had 21 offensive rebounds tonight.
Toronto is better than most think.  Proceed with caution.

Agree. Same as Atlanta they have a bunch of long athletic wings that can harass Luka. They don't have Capella though and FVV is not as good as Young. But definitely a dangerous team. Hopefully they will be a little tired from their game yesterday
Early season Slovenian battle, might be the last one between these two. May as well go ahead and get it in the win column. Must win game.

I disagree on them being a bottom 6 team.

I think they are a playoff team with that wing depth they have once Siakam comes back.

Their personnel is structured to give us issue IMO.
Same starters, see if anything else changes.
NBA league pass is a free preview through 10/26.  I don't know if that helps anyone.

He's not even answering the question. Does he not understand the question?

Did he watch that game and think "man, I really did a good job setting these guys up on offense - hopefully, they'll shoot better next time?" Because if that's the case then I'm very frightened.
Welp, I found a shady solution for this game, so I'll be watching. I can already tell these illegal streams aren't going to be a consistently viable solution though, so I hope the Mavs play well enough tonight to motivate me to look into more stable solutions.

Nice set play to start off the game with a good shot from KP. I approve. He missed, but at least I could tell what they were trying to do.

2nd action, out of same set? TRASH.
Luka and Powell just tried to run a pick and roll with KP literally in the paint calling for the ball.

WHAT EVEN IS THIS OFFENSE?

KP pulled and IMMEDIATELY there are lanes to the basket which didn't exist to start the game.
Mavs look totally lost on both ends...
Guys I got this. Official complaint to the league is under way to have the 17 points by OG/Trent removed. I heard from Mavs fans 23rd and 37th picks can´t be good.
It´s really so simple. Just play Porzinis as the trailing 3pt shooter. Stop all that post-up and dribble penetration crap. See how far Porzingis was behind the play there, because he went under the opposing basket. That kills our rim-protection. He´s playing hard, he´s making threes. Now cut out all the other dumb sh*t and we might salavge him. Also the rest eh. We so desperately need a PG. Either play *gulp* Burke *gulp*, Ntilikina or start signing some free agents and start with Dunn.

This. Brook Lopez 2.0 instead of a mediocre post up player.
