Glad to see RC in a new job AND say nice things about Luka!

It's probably the best job for him that was going to be available this offseason. It's not the most veteran team overall but he will love Brogdon running the show. And talent-wise, there's actually more overall talent there than Dallas 

Brogdon, Sabonis, Turner, Warren, Levert

He also does mentions Luka this time. Must have read people have noticed...

Seems like Carlisle got a great gig...

I STRONGLY suspect that RC had quite a bit of power and control in DAL (as a sort of "shadow GM") and that started to get taken away and maybe in the most recent conversations was going to go completely away. 

I would STRONGLY suspect that RC will have LOTS of power with roster decisions in IND.
